My wife and I went here for Sunday breakfast it was busy as expected we waited about 15 minutes before being seated. The bundle of sticks waiter was very rude telling me I couldn’t have my can of monster I brought in with me and said I could either chug it or leave as if he owned the place. The food is really strange like they’re trying to put a funky spin on things that were good as they were like rather than normal eggs Benedict on ham and an English muffin it would be on a piece of sausage and spinach, (gross!) the atmosphere is nice but the fabric on the bench seat was gross. I have been there twice and that was my last time for good.

Loved it! Sat at the bar and enjoyed the gals behind the bar's recommendations and visiting with the other partons while we ate breakfast..

The waitress make it seem like it was hard 4 her to hear and messed up my order. However after fixing my order the food was delicious. The wait time wasn't so bad after sipping on coffee and talking with my family. Great food great place, just better listening waitress.

A decent dining experience. The atmosphere is great, relaxed, and inviting. Our wait was minimal but it got busy while we were there. Service was adequate, if a little slow which was understandable given the crowd. The food was decent and the portion sizes are huge. We all varied in our opinions of the food, with some interesting seasoning choices noted. Worth a visit.

Cozy atmosphere with amazingly delicious food! I highly recommend the shrimp and grits! Parking limited. Would not recommend for special needs children.

It was my first time eating here and they were packed! Kind of a small space but the food was pretty good. What I liked most was the vegan and vegetarian options they have available on their menu. I tried the ahi tuna Benedict special and It was good, I can’t really complain. My egg was poached to perfection which always makes me smile. I came here with my family and my aunt was not pleased with the service, but they were busy so maybe that had something to do with it. I gave this place four stars because of the service and the small space. It felt really tight in there, hopefully they will entertain a larger space. Overall great menu and good food!

To start off the service was excellent. Howeverrr the food broke my heart. I dont know if i caught them at a bad time or what but mm.mmmm. The grits was the worst part about the meal. They were stiff to put it plainly. The waffle was cold so i couldnt melt my butter. I was just overall not happy and i expected it to be better. Better than ihop or jakes diner because thats where i was headed to before i decided on this restaurant as a first time experience. Ill give it another try tho.

Went in for late lunch, no wait1:50....Amy took great care of us! Had a great Irish coffee! We shared the Green Eggs and Ham, Crab Cake Benedict, Cheddar Grits, and Collards. OMG, everything was wonderful! Here's a picture of my half! Definitely a do-over!!!

The food is good but the wait time is horrible, They need more space. Waited there for 30 min and still had another 30 minutes to go. Went to Dames chicken and waffles and got sat immediately. The food is just as good actually better. Service at Dames chicken and waffle is great. After waiting forever at Scrabbled I finally get to eat. They are also black owned (Dames chicken and waffle)

I moved from Greensboro like... A year ago..and I still think of this place time to time. The biscuits are addicting with honey and butter. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. When we visit home we always make a point of coming here.

Breakfast was average. The cheese grits were pretty good, tasted a little oniony. I ordered gluten free toast which came out burnt so I asked for some unburnt gluten free toast and it came out just warmed up bread. Not toasted. I wouldn't make any special trip to come back & would probably just go elsewhere actually.

This place was amazing. The food was fresh and hot, the service was fast, and the server was friendly and on top of her game. This place is super busy and has a line usually but it's totally worth it. Best breakfast spot around. The crab cake eggs Benedict was off the hook. I can't wait to go back

Food was cold, grits taste like instant grits, toast had no butter or jelly only thing I was able to eat out of my $9 meal was the bacon. First and last time here.

My favorite breakfast place! Don't let the wait time influence your decision to stay because it's well worth the wait. There are so many great items on the menu that you will want to go back again and again. Staff is always friendly.

The food was really good but the service was NOT! The waitress Tammy was not very attentive to us. She treated other patrons better than me and my boyfriend. There were other people there who was doing her job by checking on us. And when we were getting ready to leave , that is when she came and tried to be sweet . I'm guessing she was doing that so we can leave a good tip. But we didn't leave anything.

Saw this gem online and also asked a local their opinion. Their over the top response said it all so I had to try it. It's a cozy place with an excellent menu. I tried the "green eggs and ham" because it came highly recommended (I love chorizo). It did not disappoint. All of the food was excellent. I will definitely visit again.

Love the service, food and drinks were excellent. My shrimp skillet was delicious and the best grits I ever had , the biscuits were buttery yummy. Portions were very generous, place was crowded at the time of my visit and it seemed everyone was satisfied.

The scrambles. It's all about the scrambles. Really good options here but their cheese grits are amazing. I had the Green Eggs and Ham scramble and it was so good. I definitely plan to return soon to try their other menu items. If you get the chance make sure to stop by and enjoy their delicious food.

Absolutely perfect little eatery for breakfast! We got there with a long wait, but were able to relax in a lounge and have some mimosas during our wait time. When we ended up being seated (far earlier than the quoted time) we were immediately checked on and our orders placed, despite the place being packed. Our server Jay had great suggestions and the crab cakes Benedict were to DIE FOR. The flavors, the perfect toast on the english muffin, means these folks really know their way around breakfast food.I've been hearing about this place for years and it is worth the hype!

The wait was well worth it! Over 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon is what to be expected 🤦🏾‍♀️The service was extraordinary!!Friendly, engaging, and courteous! I was shocked how quickly the order was on our table! It was astonishing how attentive the staff was and prompt! Loved my food ,a veggie omelette with fruit, and coffee. Also the Bar is a great touch! I had a shot of Hennessy on my way out! Perfect Sunday brunch eatery🤤

Above average for sure but a step down from previous visits. The food arrived just more than warm, whereas I prefer hot. The cook on the poached eggs was perfect though the tomato hollandaise sauce lacked the twang it once had (I think it used to be vodka-infused?). I also personally prefer all Benedict dishes to be served on English muffins. Service was great and the coffee was very good.

I stopped here for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. Crab cake benedict with cheesy grits. Oh, and an Irish coffee, because they have a full service bar, which I love, and I feel it isn't very common in breakfast diners.

My husband and our family went for lunch this week and the food was well worth the wait. Everything we had was amazing. I had chicken and waffles and my husband got the hash. The service was as wonderful as the food. We plan on going back quite frequently and we live 40 minutes away

Food was basic and no longer hot. I prepaid so I could just do a fast pick. Instead i waited in line and another guy had an issue and kept going back and forth to his table. Cutting the line and making me wait longer for my food I could visibly see and I informed the attendant and she told me to wait. This my food was cold. Worst service ever. Also there is like one register being constantly used which added to the wait. In order to maximize profits with satisfaction with the space they have they could have had more tablets for order taking and cashing out tables. Food quality needs work too.

If YOU want some real down home, comfort food, variety and style, this is the place!! Portions are awesome, prices are phenomenal, and the food is to die for! The place is busy, busy, busy, so PLEASE call way in advance. The food is that GOOD and well worth the wait. The atmosphere is wonderful, as the servers and staff are patient, accommodating, and really friendly. One thing I can suggest, please be respectful of their establishment, as it is not a big place in volume, but they make up for it in service:) So bring your SMILE and leave your ATTITUDE at home. They do have outdoor seating if you wish to dine outside or just wait while being called to be seated.

They’re always super busy which lets you know how good the food is. Ppl can’t get enough. I love this place it’s cute and cozy, and the foods delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My only issue is parking it’s terrible and down a dirt hill if you cant find a park on the street or behind the restaurant.

Food was so flavorful and service was excellent. We arrived at opening and were seated promptly. This is a popular spot as the tables were filled shortly after our order was taken. We had the Chicken Little Benedict, and the Forager's Scramble with bacon instead of tofu. Definitely recommend for a large delicious breakfast.

Just got back from scrambles. Was real disappointed ordered pancakes and they where real cold like they where already been made a while ago. I ask the lady for hot sauce and said they had no hot sauce. Someone else came inside and asked another lady for hot sauce and they gave them hot sauce so I had to ask someone else just to get hot sauce. I know there only doing take out order at this point but if they are going to give out food that is cold and taste like it’s been made awhile ago they shouldn’t even be open. Not to mention while I was waiting there a guy came in there complain how they shorten all the portions on the take out orders. As I got my food I noticed that my food also was shorten. I won’t order from here no more real disappointed.I order my food 3/21/2020

Expect to wait but know that it is worth it. Great and fast service with good prices too. Greensboro is clearly underserved on good local breakfast/brunch places since there's a line out the door daily for this place.

Great breakfast place and well worth the wait. The scrambles are the reason to go. Can get busy later in the morning, but worth it. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but several options outside of the lot attached to the building. Staff here is always great as well.

One of best breakfast spots I've visited. I had eggs Benedicts and they were delicious. The fruit was fresh and the coffee was delicious. I didn't have to wait long but I would have waited as long as it took. The parking spaces are very limited and we were able to get one close by. I saw the person that order some pancakes and thy were the biggest ones I've seen. I would highly recommended it and has become my favorite brunch spot in Greensboro.

The menu is very descriptive and full of fun and creative meal options. Scrambled takes breakfast to a while new level. The food is phenomenal and the plates are truly a work or art. They have an amazing drink menu with all kinds of fun options. A bloody mary with pickle juice and plenty of coffee mixes. The lighting is perfect and the atmosphere is very energetic and friendly. The decor is unique, I absolutely loved the booth and their fabrics. The staff was super helpful and attentive. I had a fantastic experience and I plan on returning to this establishment to try out the rest of the menu.

Small, quaint and FABULOUS! Waitress, food, service, atmosphere and wait time was great from beginning to end. My daughter bragged about this place to me and she was excited and I see why! This is a MUST place to visit! Add it to your list now.. sooo much food I had to pack it up to go.. pancake so large that they have small pizza boxes to put it in and so moist and fluffy there's no need for butter. I ordered the skillet with hashbrowns, eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese and when it came to the table sizzling, I Was Amazed with the portion amount! All I can say is... ENJOY! I may even see you there..

This place was great! They don't take reservations but our wait was bout 35 mins. I don't suggest waiting if you can't wait that long. The parking was horrible and can take away from having a good experience. The food was tasty. I ordered the Fried green tomato starter I must say I was very surprised and would order it again. For my meal I ordered the Biscuits with fried chicken cutlets topped with white gravy , cheddar cheese and green scallions. My chicken was a little hard to cut through but palatable. Also , I ordered the cheese grits which just needed salt to taste but also didn't disappoint. My drink was good and the bartender wasn't light handed at all. We sat outside and ate and the cool breeze added to a comfy environment. I would visit again! The portion sizes are agreeable.

Great service. The food was inoffensive, but uninspiring. I've enjoyed far better for far less money.Edit: I forgot to mention the coffee. We all got something different (my wife a cappuccino, my daughter an iced latte, I had a regular cup of coffee) and it was all terribly bitter and extremely strong. I love strong coffee, but this was just too much.
